Eli Hills or “BILLS” is a Cincinnati- based videographer and creative storyteller dedicated to using his craft to express his vision and inspire others to create freely and bring their own ideas to life.

Eli has been enamored by film, photography, and production from a young age and has actively pursued these interests over the past four years.
